To register for a class, please fill out the form below. An email with payment instructions and/or a link to pay your tuition fee(s) will then be sent to you thereafter. Please Note: All tuition fees must be paid in full upon registering for any class. Unless prior arrangements have been made or you are applying for funding through a federal, state, or other program, you will have 24 hours to complete your payment or you will lose your seat. PLEASE NOTE: The following refund policy applies to all students whose training is terminated, either voluntarily or involuntarily. This policy will apply to all students or their legal representative(s): THERE ARE NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER FOR ANY COURSE PROGRAM OR SERVICES AFTER THE 3-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD HAS EXPIRED.
