STUDENT TUITION LAY AWAY PLAN

Our Student Tuition Lay Away Plan is designed to make it easier for students to manage and prepare for the financial responsibility of their trucking education. This flexible payment plan allows students to pay their tuition over time, up to a maximum of six (6) months, with no required minimum payment amount per installment with the exception of the required initial down payment.

Plan Terms

1. Eligibility

• All prospective students are eligible to enroll in the Student Tuition Lay Away Plan upon signing the Student Enrollment Agreement and the Student Tuition Lay Away Plan Contract and submitting the initial $500 down payment.

2. Payment Flexibility

• Students may make payments of any amount at any time during the lay away period.
• There is no required minimum payment amount, giving students full control over the frequency and size of their payments.

3. Maximum Term

• The total tuition must be paid in full within six (6) months from the date the Student Tuition Lay Away Plan Contract is signed.

4. Class Start Requirement

• Tuition must be paid in full prior to the start of any scheduled class.
• Students will not be permitted to begin training unless their full tuition has been received and processed.
• Students may start a class at any time prior to the (6) month term if tuition has been paid in full.

Refund Policy

• Students are entitled to a full refund of all monies paid only within three (3) business days after signing the Student Enrollment Agreement and Student Tuition Lay Away Plan Contract.
• After this three-day cooling-off period, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of whether the student chooses to complete the program or not.

Additional Terms

• It is the student's responsibility to monitor their payment progress and ensure timely completion.
• Payment reminders may be provided as a courtesy, but failure to complete payment does not relieve the student of responsibility.
• If full tuition is not received within six months, the student may be required, at the School's discretion, to reapply and sign a new agreement to continue with the lay away option. The School is under no obligation to grant the student an extension by renewing their Student Tuition Lay Away Plan Contract.
